Clutter, Clutter, Clutter

As we set up shop in suburbia once again, I'm feeling like I wish one of those large dumpster trucks would just pull into my driveway, scoop up all the boxes of stuff we haven't unpacked yet, and take it away. Possessions really are such a burden. We haven't seen most of this stuff in six months and we were fine without it, but now that it's here, we've got to find places for it, and frankly, I'm too tired. We've come to the point where we've unpacked and put away enough to be livable, but haven't unpacked or put away enough to have a tidy, organized home. It looks more like a storage unit exploded. What were we thinking?

Anyway, we're working on it. Today I spent several hours just distracting Joe from itching, as he got a terrible case of hives from no apparent source. I can deal with it when it's a food or some defininitve substance, but it's hard when there seems to be no obvious cause. It's starting to get a bit hotter and more humid, and when he gets sweaty, he gets itchy. So, it should be an interesting summer.

I'm off get some sleep… I had a little case of insomnia last night and didn't get much sleep. It's caught up to me. Good night!
